Health benefits of massage therapy, how interesting.
Product Review - Bumble and Bumble
This transformative blend of nourishing oils vanishes into hair, leaving a smooth feathersoft feel and a trace of shine. For everyday use, to soften, smoothe and reduce frizz, tame flyaways, detangle and strengthen hair against breakage.
Salon tip: Work sparingly into damp hair before air drying or blow-drying, or smooth through dry hair for a sensational finish. Try it with Thickening Hairspray for a soft, tangle-free blow out, or as a finisher after styling to control flyaways and add polish.
I have been searching far and wide for a great leave in conditioner. This is better! It's just as good as the Argan Oil or Moroccan Oil leave in oils. It leaves your hair so silky soft smooth you feel like touching it all the time. Gives a great beach wave tousled look. It's pretty Fabulux.
Prêt-à-Powder
Equal parts dry shampoo, style extender and volume in a pinch of invisible hair powder. Direct from the New York House of Bumble, this hair powder is the modern girl's secret to style oily hair, fine hair or hair that's missed a shampoo. Use on dry hair; to extend the life of a blow dry, one small pinch, gently massaged at roots will instantly add lift and volume to make every day a great hair day.
Perfect for all hair types and textures.
This is WOW, so amazingly better than those hair spray shampoos. You can't see any white residue in your hair and its perfect va-va-boom volume. This will be in my permanent collection.
The only downside on these both are the prices, but on the other hand a small amount goes so far. Especially the oil.
5 out of 5 for me.
Has anyone else tried these yet?

A lot has happened.....
Work is crazy busy at the moment, and just feels like a means of making money. Which is why a backup or alternative plan is needed. Especially when you start a family.
I have also started a new workout routine, something that I saw from a fitness series. www.toneitup.com
It's working out pretty good, haven't put full motivation into it yet but at least im working out in the morning before work.
Has anyone completed any New Years resolutions yet?

Catch up
Hi all, it has been a while. Been so busy, house stuff, changed job a few times and moved industries in the end. But utterly was so worth it. I love my job and where I work. Also planning wedding too, and deal with a funeral. It had been a long year. 2013 brings new year, new health and wellness goals, and an alternative business of massage therapy.
So all is new and good so far, just super busy.
What have you been up to since the year started?

New year resolutions
Also one of my best friends is getting married later this year and I would like to look my best, as well as get fitter for my wedding, no date yet!
I do get a subscription of Australian Womens Health magazine(see link above), and since I first bought a copy, its always been somewhere in the house to browse through. Its great, all health tips, fitness suggestions and all round intersting reading, (along with an Elle, Madison or Vogue under the bed, lol).
So yes, this year is to try my best to be healthier. Also since I suffer from really bad migraines and pains in my shoulders, I have to be carefull about what I eat sometimes, and stress, along with taking tablets where ever I go.
Such a pain, it just came on one day and went after a bit and then came back with a force. So I take specialist tablets for migraines and massage for my shoulders. Also with working most of the time, that helps with what I eat and dont eat, sometimes too busy and just have to a break and thats it, so do keep those powdered meal replacements handy. As well as many herbal teas, and bottle of water. Getting better slowly.
Have any of you suffered migraines, what did you do that helped?
What is your new year resolutions?

Moving to a new home in the height of summer!
We moved to our first home a week before Xmas, we have been here for just over a month now, and it is so hot! Especially if the house does not come with aircon. So we had to get it installed pronto, it only feels cooler now, two aircons later, as well as tint.
Its so nice to live in a house that you know is totally yours and you can make holes where you want etc lol,, but I guess the downside is if it has not been finished (to your own high standards, as its your money) then its a downer when you see a list of items, that has not been completed properly, and constant arguing with the builder, about when they will come and fix it. But its still nice to have your own place.
At least we have space to expand our veggie garden. Bought loads of new seeds to try out and the tomatoe plants are growing out of control as usual. With this hot weather you have to be carefull as it tends to destroy the leaves of the vegies.
The house is down south of Perth, definatly quieter and more suburb like, I still love the city, used to always live in the city before, but grew up in the country. City is so central and easy to access, but I love the idea of growing your own veg and fruit especially as everything is so expensive now.
Well have a few chores to do and clean up after the hubby has been doing alterations etc...
What was your first home like?
Where is your ideal place to live?
